Meet the Alon Brands Leadership Team

David Wiessman, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors

David Wiessman has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alon Brands since November 2008. Wiessman brings more than 30 years of oil industry and retail marketing experience to Alon USA, having started in 1976 after being named Chief Executive Officer of Bielsol, Ltd., a privately-owned company that owns and operates gasoline stations in Israel. Wiessman is also Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Blue Square-Israel, Ltd., which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange; and Executive Chairman of the Board and President of Dor Alon Energy Israel (1988) Ltd., which operates a chain of convenience stores and fuel supply in Israel and is listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. In 1994, he became Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of Alon Israel, the majority shareholder of Alon USA. Wiessman has also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Alon Energy from its formation in 2000 until May 2005, and Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alon Energy since July 2000.

Kyle McKeen, President and Chief Executive Officer

Kyle McKeen has served as president and CEO of Alon Brands since the organization was formed by Alon USA in 2008. Leveraging experience in both the transportation fuels and technology sectors, he is leading the company as it defines the next generation of fuel and convenience store retailing and wholesaling. Before joining Alon Brands, McKeen was president and chief operating officer of Carter Energy, an independent fuel marketer based in Overland Park, Kansas. Prior to Carter Energy, McKeen served in several leadership roles at Alon USA.

Yossi Lipman, President and CEO, Alon Brands Retail

Yossi Lipman leads Alon Brands’ retail operations. His primary duties include overseeing retail capital resources, marketing operations and financial viability. Joining the Alon team with the Company's acquisition of Southwest Convenience Stores in 2001, Lipman brings more than 20 years of professional experience to his current position. He previously served as an executive at Super-Sol's in Israel.

Judge Dobrient, Senior Vice President, Alon Brands Wholesale

As senior vice president of wholesale marketing for Alon Brands, Judge Dobrient is responsible for all aspects of our Alon branded marketing division. He has held several positions within the Alon organization after he joined the team from Atofina Petrochemicals, Inc. Dobrient brings almost 20 years of industry experience to the Alon Brands organization.

Amir Wurzel, Vice President and Chief Information Officer

As vice president and chief information officer, Amir Wurzel oversees information technology for Alon Brands. Before joining our team, Wurzel worked with Seker Consulting in Israel, specializing in business process optimization and IT project management, where he served numerous industries and companies including Alon Israel and Alon USA.
